Derzeit schickt der IHG Rewards Club an ausgewählte Mitglieder ein Angebot, sich kostenlos für den ANA Platinum Status (Star Alliance Gold) zu registrieren.
Ich hatte im Laufe des letzten Jahres schon von solch einer Promotion gelesen. Damals war die Landingpage völlig offen und ich habe mein Glück versucht. Meine Anfrage nach einem ANA Platinum/Star Alliance Gold Status blieb jedoch unbeantwortet.
Bis dann heute eine an mich personalisierte Email ging: „Enjoy ANA Platinum Benefits“. Wieder ist die Seite völlig offen, aber es kam direkt eine Bestätigungsmail mit einer Wartezeit von 4-6 Wochen.

An wen genau die Promotion für den IHG zu ANA-Status Match gegangen ist, ist mir derzeit unbekannt. Mein aktueller Status ist IHG Spire Elite und bei ANA habe ich mich vor ca. einem Jahr registriert ohne auch nur einen Flug dort zu kreditieren.
Dann bin ich mal gespannt, ob es diesmal mit dem ANA Platinum / Star Alliance Gold Status klappt.
